Step into a scene that feels like summer’s grand finale—where flowers are at their fullest, the food is from the fields, and joy lingers in the warm air long after sunset.
Dahlia Nights is more than just dinner. It’s a once-a-year celebration of beauty, artistry, and connection at the peak of dahlia season on the farm.
The Evening Experience:
4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour in the Dahlia Fields
Wander through blooming rows of dahlias with a drink in hand as local plein air artists painting the blooms in real time. Shop the Market, sip wine, mingle, and take in the sights while music sets the mood.
6:30 PM – Farm-to-Table Prime Rib Dinner
Enjoy a handcrafted dinner sourced with care:
🥩 Slow-roasted prime rib
🥔 Farm-fresh baked potato with all the fixings
🥗 Garden salad with house vinaigrette
🥖 Artisan roll with whipped butter

7:30 PM – 12:00 AM – DJ Dance Under the Stars
As the string lights twinkle overhead and the Colorado sky deepens into night, the dance floor opens. Kick off your boots (or keep them on) and dance the night away surrounded by flowers, firelight, and laughter.
